Lead/Senior IT Recruiter

Talent Acquisition:

  • Work closely with the hiring managers on the hiring requirements, interview arrangement, selection decision, and onboarding.
  • Develop, propose, and execute different recruitment strategies to attract and hire the right candidates for the company's job openings.
  • Manage and implement the full recruiting process from attracting, screening, interviewing, offering to onboarding to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Join the interview to provide inputs for making the selection decision.
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment database.
  • Update and report the recruitment status to all stakeholders.
  • Propose and manage the yearly recruiting budget.

Employer branding:

  • Contribute to building the company as a great place to work.
  • Develop, propose, and execute different employer branding strategies to attract, build, increase, and maintain a strong network with our potential candidates.
  • Regularly update and maintain the company's social pages (eg. LinkedIn, Facebook, ITViec, Vietnamworks, TopDev., etc.) to introduce the company's culture as a great place to work to our potential candidates.

your skills & experience

  • Advanced English communication skills in both writing and speaking to multi layers in the organization.
  • At least 3 years' experience in recruiting experienced IT candidates in high volume.
  • Experience in employer branding.
  • Strong network with IT candidates in relevant technical stacks on LinkedIn or other social pages.
  • Strong human oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Good organizing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactiveness, carefulness, positivity, and can-do attitude.
