As a Talent Manager in our People Operations Unit, you will partner with the board of management and your counterparts to plan, manage, and execute suitable people strategies to achieve the goals of our organization, including but not limited to these categories:
- Employer branding
- Talent acquisition
- Employee journey and satisfaction
- Employee engagement
- Employee performance management
- Employee development
- Employee retention
- Labor compliance
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong at verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English
- At least 5 years’ proven solid experience in talent acquisition and employer branding in software development field
- At least 2 years’ proven successful experience in talent management/HRBP/HRM or equivalent
- Good at building and maintaining positive collaborative relationship with other people
- Good at principled negotiation
- Good at computer skills
- Agile mindset
